Hello to you all good today as you see in the title I am going to talk about the homemade jam we did at my house. Well, in my house we have a tree yielding apricots and as we had so many we decided to make homemade jam. This picture is made by me that is not the picture that caught the internet and I leave the recipe on how to make good jam and I hope you like it.

And now I'll leave the recipe in case you want to do at home, if you wish to make other fruit just have to do the same procedure but with the fruit that you have chosen.

Ingredientes:

ingredients:
• 1 kg of apricots
• 500 gr sugar
• juice of half a lemon
Preparation:
Peel the apricots in half and pártelos retírales bone. Put them in a saucepan with the sugar and lemon juice and let stand 1 hour to macerated.
Put the pan over medium heat and cook for 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally and removing the foam. When the jam is ready, if a finer texture is desired, it can be crushed in a blender or food mill.
Fill in pre-sterilized glass jars with jam and close them well. To evacuate, enter jam jars in a pan of boiling water for 30 minutes. Another option is to turn them over and so keep about 24 hours. Thus, the jam is perfectly kept for a few months.
